Sample charges vary depending on the product type and level of customization—basic items such as T-shirts, polo shirts, and trousers may be offered free of cost, while fully customized samples (including hoodies, tees, polos, sweats, shorts, etc.) are charged accordingly. All customized samples are developed using the exact fabrics, trims, patterns, and printing techniques intended for bulk production, ensuring true-to-production quality. Shipping charges for samples are always paid by the buyer. Once a sample is approved, our production team strictly follows the approved specifications, guaranteeing consistency in fabric quality, color tone, sizing, stitching, and branding. Our goal is to provide a smooth sampling experience and flawless production execution so every client receives precisely what they envisioned. |
